Wendy earned her nursing degree in 2007 where she began working in outpatient women’s healthcare and as a labor and delivery nurse. She received her Master of Science Degree from the University of Colorado Anshutz Medical Campus with a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Certificate in 2017. While working as a WHNP she completed her post graduate certificate in Nurse Midwifery from the University of Colorado Anshutz Medical Campus in 2023. She joined South Denver OB/GYN and Midwives in 2024 where she can continue her passion to care for women throughout their lifespan and supporting them through birth. Wendy has a passion for helping patients with their weight loss journey using advanced GLP-1 and GLP-2 therapies.

She is a Colorado Native and loves living in this beautiful state. She is a huge Denver Broncos fan. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her five children and attending their sporting events.
